Az eszközök közt van egy Réteg vagy kijelölés forgatása eszköz (Shift+R). Kiválasztod, rákattintasz az elforgatandó szöveg rétegre, és vagy a réteg sarkaiban megjelenő négyzeteket húzva, vagy a felbukkanó párbeszédablakban pontos szöget megadva elforgatod. (Az elforgatást kétféleképpen lehet véglegesíteni: a párbeszédablakon megnyomod a Forgatás gombot, vagy a képen nyomsz Shift+balegérgomb-ot). Ne feledd, hogy minden egyes elforgatás kicsit rontja a képet.

Ezzel a szöveges rétegből normál réteg lesz, tehát a szöveget nem tudod átírni, betűtípust nem változtathatsz, stb.

Még valami: ha nem megy a forgatás, lehet, hogy az eszköz beállítása lapon a Hatókört vissza kell állítani rétegre.

Egyébként érdemes azt is megfontolni, hogy az Inkscape nem felel-e meg jobban az adott feladatnak.
